Therapy via Creativity

Lately, l've been more aligned with my creativity.

Largely because of my personal healing (and the left handed path that I have chosen to pursue it.)

This brief collage is a representation of this journey. It contains a little bit of painting, cyanotype printing, multimedia art, glitch art and my studio space.

Art isn't just healing or therapeutic. It is a reminder of our humanity and what good it can bring when we are focused on expressing ourselves in a heart centered manner. No matter how bleak it may be, art is a reminder that with love, vencemos. 💚
