What to eat in Chiang Mai? Which shops to recommend? All are delicious and the atmosphere is good.

เชียงใหม่ถือเป็นเมืองที่รวบรวมวัฒนธรรมอาหารหลากหลาย ทั้งแบบดั้งเดิมและฟิวชั่น ที่นี่มีร้านอาหารและคาเฟ่เกิดใหม่จำนวนมากที่น่าสนใจมากกว่าที่ตั้งใจไปเยือนเพียงไม่กี่ร้าน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่เคยได้ไปสัมผัส ร้านปาท่องโก๋โกเหน่งถือว่าเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีสำหรับวันใหม่ เพราะนอกจากรสชาติที่กลมกล่อมและกรอบนอกนุ่มในแล้ว รูปทรงปาท่องโก๋ที่สร้างสรรค์ก็เพิ่มความสนุกและน่าถ่ายภาพมากขึ้นด้วย สำหรับคนรักกาแฟ "Savor Society" เป็นอีกตัวเลือกที่แนะนำ ด้วยกาแฟสดคุณภาพเยี่ยมและการตกแต่งร้านที่ลงตัว มุมถ่ายรูปและไอบ์ของร้านตอบโจทย์คนรุ่นใหม่ที่ชอบความเป็นอินดี้ ส่วนร้าน "Lamoon.cold cafe" ที่ตั้งในโครงการร้านอาหารใหญ่ มีเมนูมัทฉะเข้มข้นและพื้นที่กว้างขวาง เหมาะแก่การนั่งชิลและทำงานนอกบ้าน อีกหนึ่งจุดเด่นคือร้านข้าวโซอิ ที่ผสมผสานข้าวซอยกับราเมงญี่ปุ่นอย่างลงตัว เป็นเมนูฟิวชั่นที่ไม่เหมือนใคร และยังประทับใจการบริการที่ใส่ใจลูกค้าอย่างมาก เช่น การเตรียมผ้ากันเปื้อนให้ลูกค้าสวมใส่ ซึ่งเป็นรายละเอียดเล็กๆ แต่เพิ่มความประทับใจ สำหรับอาหารไทยแท้ๆ "รสนิยม" ก็มีอาหารรสชาติดีพร้อมลานจอดรถสะดวก สะท้อนความใส่ใจลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติและคนไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี ปิดท้ายที่ร้าน "THE HOUSE by Ginger" ซึ่งเป็นร้านมิชลินที่ให้ประสบการณ์การกินระดับพรีเมียม รสชาติอาหารและบรรยากาศร้านสุดประทับใจ การจองล่วงหน้าเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นในช่วงเวลาคนเยอะ โดยรวมแล้ว ทั้ง 6 ร้านนี้เป็นตัวอย่างชั้นดีของเชียงใหม่ในเรื่องของความหลากหลายของอาหารและคาเฟ่ ที่ตอบโจทย์นักท่องเที่ยวสายกินและคนที่ชอบบรรยากาศดีๆ รวมไปถึงมุมถ่ายภาพเก๋ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นอาหารเช้า มื้อกลางวัน หรือมื้อสุดท้ายก่อนเดินทางกลับต่อไป
