Progress 💪🏼
When the Pilates + strength program you’re perfecting starts showing real results and you begin to finally see real change in your abdominal area 💪🏼👌🏼 paired with eating balanced, prioritizing protein, Whole Foods, water and rest. I have a real body, so stretch marks and loose skin will still exist

Pain → progress → ink.
