Hair Recommendation!
Hairstyle: Copper Faux Locs 🧡
✨Overall Style: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
✂️Tools:
4 Packs of FreeTress Copper Faux Locs 28’
2 Pack of FreeTress Copper Pre-Fluffed 28’
Crochet Needle
Got2B And Yellow Can Spray (Optional)
Beezwax Gel (Optional)
⚠️I didn’t need to use the whole 4th and 2nd pack of the hair. I would recommend using 3 packs of faux locs and 1 pack of the twist hair. I made my parts too small so the locs were bulky asf. 🤦🏾♀️ but I fixed it by redoing the front of my hair by making the parts bigger.⚠️
🌿Steps:
1️⃣Braid Real Hair into plaits. I used the Beezwax to smooth down my parts. (Make sure not to make them too small!)
2️⃣Take the crochet needle through your hair right under the root and pull your faux loc through. For longer hair you can fold your hair together or you can wrap your braid around the faux loc before you start wrapping.
3️⃣I cut the 28in twist hair in half before I start this process. Then push the crochet needle through the root of your hair and pull the twist hair through. I take one side and wrap tightly down the root and the top of the faux loc. I take the second one and loosely wrap down the rest of the way. To give the “soft loc” look. I add more if I still see my braid showing.
4️⃣This process is completely optional! I sprayed the Got2B down where the twist hair stops. Let it dry for 5 seconds then I roll it between my hands.
I personally never did it, but I’ve heard some say the dipped their locs after they were done. 🤷🏾♀️
Then you’re done! Enjoy your Hair 🧡🧡🧡
