I spent 2 hrs 40 mins at the gym. I mostly do cardio. Treadmill for 30 stair stepper for another 30mins. my " cool down" period. I go around and lift what i can. Everybody is different with how much they can lift. Just because, i can lift heavier or lighter doesn't mean you have to do

Day 4 ✅ I was down another .1 lbs this morning and my water percentage was up another .1%! Not the biggest change but considering it was all in 24 hours, I’ll count it as a win. Today I did legs at the gym and finished up with some incline walking for cardio. My workout was as follows:

75 Medium - Day 46 ✨leg day workout included
Day 46 ✅ Weigh in came in at .3lbs more. Water is up to 41.2, muscle is up and fat is down. Not my best weigh ins this week but I’m hoping it’s just normal fluctuations of getting back in the gym after not going too much the last two weeks. Today I did a leg day which left my glutes on fire.
