This routine involves raising your body and engaging your core muscles by following these key steps: 1. Exhale and push up through your shoulders while slightly tucking your tailbone. 2. Inhale and lower your body back down. Aim to perform 10 reps for 3 sets, ensuring proper form. Consistent practice of these exercises will lead to noticeable results, including a flatter stomach and increased strength. If you're committed, doing this challenge every week will keep you on track to feel amazing by the start of the new year. Remember to follow me for the final day 5 of the challenge tomorrow.
