Straight experience Bell palsy

🦠 warning parable at 29 years old. Stressful. Sleep a little early. Some days sleep at 5 o'clock in the morning to work.

People at work say that your mouth is crooked, your eyes are not asleep, until we are stressed. We reply. Should it be caused by drug allergy? When the supervisor sees that he gives us sick leave to rest first, then come back to work for another day. Then we go to the district hospital.

See a doctor. The doctor still doesn't know what disease we have.

Still give antihistamines and eye drops. Come back to the bath house, take the medicine that the doctor gave and sleep. After a while, a working friend called. You rushed to the provincial doctor. You have bell palsy. We were shocked to find out. It's all straight. Crying very hard. Plus thinking very much. Fear that it will not come back to normal. Friends say that calm down. It's definitely gone. Take a little time. Then we contact our family, complaining, cursing because we did it ourselves. We cried, couldn't act right. We didn't have any encouragement. Our family called back. Should go to study and let us go down to the hospital. In the province, our home is far away in the province. It takes time. When reaching the provincial hospital, see a doctor. The doctor let us know the symptoms, let us take medicine, tell the bell palsy disease, then make an electrical stimulation appointment, recommend facial therapy to return to the same, reduce sleep, less stress, inform the recovery period 1-6 months to heal depending on our body.

Initial symptoms of Bell's Palsy (a hemispheric distortion of the face) usually occur acute within 1-2 days, with retardant pain may occur first in the back of the ear, then the hemispheric facial muscles rapidly weaken, such as not picking up the eyebrows, not closing the eyes, falling corners of the mouth, and not smiling equally.

🔍 The initial symptoms are clearly observed.

* Warning stage: Pain or stiffness in the front or back of the ear 1-2 days before wry.

* Muscle weakness: One hemisphere of the face cannot move, shrug your eyebrows, wrinkle your forehead, or smile.

* Eye closure problem: Close your eyes that are not close, dry eyes, eyes, or tears.

* Reduced muscle function: Drink water and water flow out the corner of the mouth, speak inarticulate, whistle not loud, and the bloated cheeks are not watered.

* Other comorbid symptoms: There may be numbness in the tongue, taste changes, and tinnitus or hearing reverberation in the same ear.

⚠️ Things to know and precautions

* Disease severity: Symptoms tend to get worse and worse until they become most noticeable in the first 1-3 days.

* Disease and Stroke: The key difference is that Bell's Palsy will simultaneously weaken the upper hemisphere (eyebrow shrug) and lower hemispheres, but if it is Stroke, the patient will still shrug the eyebrow.

* Treatment: Be in a hurry to see a doctor or brain and neurological disease center within the first 72 hours. Timely exposure to viral or steroid disinfectants improves the likelihood of recovery.
