Pathtime review. Almost a hundred thousand money.
Hello, we will come to review our personal experiences from our part-time counterparts. In fact, we have done many part-time places, but ask for two reviews that give us almost a hundred thousand P.S. in spending, money management, and length of work.
Personally, we are PC from year 1 until now year 3. We will work during the period - Sunday and during the holidays, holidays, holidays. Our main duty is to cheer for products, check stock, fill things, advise customers. We have been to almost every mall. Very fun. Our boss is kind to attend 08.45-18 19 p.m. Actually, it depends on the job as well. But the disadvantage is to work alone. The boss will come sometimes during the opening of the booth. Personally, we do not like to leave the sales area because of Inthoveid, but there are some lonely and go for a walk. Help the mall staff to refill things so that they do not get bored. If there are customers to buy things, we cheer to sell the products to the top of the company. Another disadvantage is the round of money that goes out very slowly. Each round of money is based on the number of working days, which is a minimum of 600 / day. This job stands all day. Secretly, some department stores stand for 8-9 hours. 😭
Bellinee's 🥖🥐🥨 This shop we did during the last semester was a fresh baked goods and drinks shop in a CP chain. We also just know when we go to 🤣. The elder at the shop is very cute and friendly. The manager is also very kind. The executive of the shop (the owner) is very kind. Our main job is to bake, make pizza, make dessert, cook, make dough every day. Actually, we do everything in the store, the cashier, sometimes brew water. Our shop is busy early in the morning because customers buy before going to work. We enter 04.00-13 00. At the OT store, if we are closed, in total, we get 1.4k / month, which is a lot for us, but it has to be exchanged for getting up very early. When we work, we wake up and sleep regularly. On any day, the holidays are sleeping all day, but overall it is fun. I like it very much. หลายคนทักมาถามเรื่อง “รูปรายได้” เราเลยขอเล่าให้ละเอียดขึ้นว่า รายได้จากพาร์ทไทม์ 2 แบบนี้มันมักจะมาในรูปแบบไหน และเราดู/คำนวณยังไงให้เห็นภาพก่อนสมัคร (จะได้ไม่คาดหวังผิด) 1) งาน PC โปรโมชัน (เชียร์ขาย/เติมของ/เช็คสต็อก) รายได้หลักจะเป็น “ค่าแรงรายวัน” + บางงานมี “อินเซนทีฟ/ค่าคอมมิชชัน” ตามยอดขายที่ทำได้ ถ้าเป็นขั้นต่ำประมาณ 600/วัน แล้วทำเสาร์-อาทิตย์สม่ำเสมอ เดือนนึงทำ 8 วัน ก็จะอยู่ราว ๆ 4,800 บาท (ยังไม่รวมคอมฯ) จุดที่หลายคนงงคือ “รอบเงินออกช้า” เพราะบริษัทจะมีรอบจ่ายของเขา บางทีทำปลายเดือน แต่ออกอีกเดือนถัดไป ทำให้เหมือนเงินไม่เข้า ทั้งที่เงินจริงมีค่ะ แนะนำให้ถามตั้งแต่วันสมัครเลยว่า 1) จ่ายทุกกี่วัน/กี่รอบ 2) โอนเข้าบัญชีวันไหน 3) ต้องส่งเอกสารอะไรบ้าง อีกอย่างที่เป็นเหมือน “รูปรายได้” ทางอ้อมของสาย PC คือของรางวัล/สวัสดิการจากยอด เช่น บัตรของขวัญห้าง (เราเคยได้เป็นบัตรของขวัญมูลค่า 1,000) บางรอบรวมกับค่าคอมฯ แล้วรู้สึกคุ้มมาก แต่ต้องทำยอดให้ถึงตามเงื่อนไขนะคะ 2) งานร้านเบเกอรี่/คาเฟ่ (Bellinee’s) งานนี้รายได้จะค่อนข้างชัดเพราะมีชั่วโมงทำงานแน่น เช่น 04.00-13.00 และมักมี “โอที” ถ้าอยู่ช่วยถึงปิดร้านหรือช่วยช่วงลูกค้าแน่น รายได้ที่เราได้จะขึ้นกับจำนวนกะที่ลงจริง ถ้าลงหลายวันติด ๆ จะเห็นเงินรวมต่อเดือนสูงขึ้นมาก จุดแลกคือกะเช้าตรู่ ต้องนอนเร็วและปรับร่างกายหนักหน่อย แต่ข้อดีคือได้สกิลแน่นมาก ตั้งแต่อบขนม (Bake) แต่งหน้าขนม ขึ้นรูปแป้ง ไปจนถึงแคชเชียร์/ชงเครื่องดื่ม ทริค “เก็บเงินให้เห็นเป็นก้อน” แบบที่เราทำ - แยกบัญชี: เงินเข้าปุ๊บโอนเก็บทันที 20–40% (แล้วแต่เดือน) ห้ามแตะ - ตั้งงบกิน/เดินทางเป็นรายสัปดาห์ จะคุมง่ายกว่า - ถ้าได้เงินเป็นรอบช้า (สาย PC) ให้จด “เงินค้างรับ” ไว้ในโน้ต จะไม่เผลอใช้เงินเกินตัว - ได้บัตรของขวัญ/รางวัลจากยอด ให้ถือเป็นเงินออมอีกก้อน (หรือใช้ซื้อของจำเป็นแทนเงินสด) ถ้าใครกำลังหาพาร์ทไทม์ แนะนำให้เลือกตามไลฟ์สไตล์: ถ้าไหวกับการยืนทั้งวันและชอบคุยกับลูกค้า งาน PC ก็สนุกและได้ลุ้นคอมฯ แต่ถ้าอยากได้สกิลครัว/เบเกอรี่และไหวกับตื่นเช้า งานกะ 04.00-13.00 ก็เงินดีและประสบการณ์แน่นค่ะ
