Served as an antique style charcoal-scented roast pork, both pork chop and pork belly, soft outer crisp in, dipped in a sweet, salty, garlic-scented broth, very pleasing. 🫶🏻
A lot of Chinese dessert lines. Fresh vegetables, full herbs. If anyone eats a full line of vegetables, it is love.
The goodness is that you don't have to cook a lot, it's delicious. But if you want to add chili / pickled orange juice, it's finer.
The shop will be local, sit a small iron table on the side of the road, very real, but can say that the taste is worth every detail. Anyone who comes to Vietnam and wants to start the original first meal, recommend to come to this shop first.
