Noir's Doodles--1

... Read moreStarting a daily doodle streak has been a game changer for me in building consistency and improving my art skills. Unlike full drawings that often take hours or days, quick doodles allow me to capture spontaneous ideas and experiment freely without pressure. My character Bweeble was born out of one of those sessions — just a simple ink sketch that became a fun little persona. One thing I've learned is that daily practice isn’t about perfection but about engagement. Each doodle adds a little more to my sketchbook and gradually builds confidence in my style. Using ink adds a boldness and clarity that I love, helping define forms quickly. I also find sharing these doodles with hashtags like #drawing, #inkdrawing, and #sketchbook connects me with an inspiring community that motivates me to keep going. It's amazing how a single doodle can spark comments and conversations that push creativity further. If you’re thinking of starting your own daily art streak, I recommend keeping it simple and setting realistic goals like 5-10 minute sketches. This approach keeps art fun and prevents burnout. Plus, it’s a wonderful way to document progress and keep your creative energy flowing daily.
