Someone who doesn't stand on stage all the time, sometimes tired, burned out, has a past, has mistakes, and has a "wall" built between duty and feeling, but even then tries to keep a child quiet.
Gray pupil
It's not a bad boy, it's not a neat kid, it can be stubborn, controversial, undisciplined, or have some kind of unlovable wounds. He's in a gray area where most adults judge quickly, but he's actually waiting for someone to see.
This kind of teacher's role is therefore not the "winner" who comes to solve a child's life.
But he stood by and said,
"Even if you're not ready, someone won't leave you."
And the gray students don't need beautiful teachings all the time.
Maybe just want an adult who is "real listening" rather than "quick judging."
