Royal blue is a easy but hard color to do. The hair must be lightened enough for it to be bright on but when lightning the hair so much the hair can become “ empty” and not hold color well. So pre toning the hair first will ensure the color turns out how you want and will last a little longer. Another really good blue to do is solitude by danger jones. It’s the most perfect like deep ocean blue if you want to make you application easy and just use one color I’d say use that but if you want your color to have more depth then the matrix will be better. Make sure to swatch the color and be cautious and carful if you are lightning your hair.
