"Take a new one"
Aim for the month of that you want to get up and do something new for yourself
There are many things I want to do.
Since
- Prayer - Waiting for the monk. - Meditate before bed.
- Cooking and eating
- Read books.
-Wake up at 5 am - Exercise - 5 pushups
- Learn to practice English in everyday life.
- Learn to practice the language to take the Cer exam
- Write down five words.
- Input knowledge of the workplace
-Output Make Slide Video Recorder
Ask if all this writing can be done.
In fact, each of them has to say that some days can do some, not some.
Which one can't do? Tell yourself it's okay. Take it again.
Whichever one can be done, when skipping the day and going back to being lazy, there is. In this case, it's a new one.
Take again every day
And the other thing is, I want to wake up at 5: 00.
But it's only at six in the morning.
Well, no matter what you do, you won't wake up at 5: 00.
Now that it is, wake up and sleep.
Sometimes it wakes up at 4 and a half in the morning, but we hit ourselves, "It's too fast, sleepy at work," and we still have to take it again.
But even though it's all like it's not special, it's actually a little special.
In late November,
I remember that day. I just started learning to run in the early days.
Really tried to run at the hub park.
I can tell you that "dog restraint" is confused and does not understand. Why are we so shallow lungs? Run for a few minutes (less than 5 minutes) and panting?
After realizing we couldn't at the time, we refit ourselves, practiced running each day, practicing stretching, warm-up, cool-down.
Or do whatever it takes to age like us. Weight like us. Running and not hurting.
Nearly 2 months have passed, testing yourself again.
The result is a run. That's enough.
Although the number is not as beautiful as the long-running man, the middle-day man who starts moving his ass and comes out at this point is awesome.
Every little habit that wants to do each thing, it starts to blossom, it starts to see some success, like
- One book finished.
- Start back, Coursera. End of episode.
- Start making the required slides to finish each week.
- Start running conscientiously.
- There's nothing measurable in English right now.
All I have written is that we just understand that we can't change the world immediately, but we can use small habits that we can gradually change each day.
This post is very much like the corroborating evidence of an article entitled "1% Better a Day."
While not focusing on one side until the end, this is evidence that we are ours.
