I remember how hard those first few days and weeks are as a new mom. I didn’t have the brain capacity to think about meals and certainly not the energy to cook them.

So I always try to bring meals to my newly postpartum moms because us moms need to stick together 🫶

This way, postpartum moms can ensure they are eating well without stressing over daily meal preparation. Collaboration among mothers is crucial, fostering a supportive community that understands the challenges of early motherhood.
