Here is a high protein 7 day meal plan for the upcoming week! I tried to make this a little more interesting but still simple enough!

These are meal ideas for your meal plan and not recipes but I keep them simple so you can look up “how to bake cod” for example so you can make these dishes!

Meal prepping and recipes should be exciting and not boring especially getting started on your health journey it can be so daunting!

Don't overcomplicate it – if you need to know "how to bake cod," a quick search is all it takes. One of the biggest game-changers for me was having a comprehensive grocery list. It keeps me on track, prevents impulse buys, and ensures I have everything for my high-protein daily meal plan. When I head to the store for my high-protein shopping, I break it down by categories, just like my weekly meal planner table suggests. For proteins, I always grab lean options like chicken breast, turkey, fish (like salmon or cod), and eggs. Don't forget plant-based proteins like lentils, chickpeas, and tofu! For vegetables & fruits, I stock up on colorful options – spinach, broccoli, bell peppers (perfect for making something like those delicious stuffed bell peppers!), berries, and apples.
