No lie I love coffee, but I would put back my creamer for this cream it’s super rich and moisturizing on the skin and last all day. I love how it gives my skin a plump feeling.💵 Price:36.00

I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
