Eat better not less 👏💕

Incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into my daily meals has not only helped reduce bloating and improve my digestion but also boosted my overall energy levels. For example, I enjoy starting my day with a green smoothie packed with lime, chia seeds, banana, avocado, spinach, and coconut milk. It’s creamy, satisfying, and loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats that keep me full for hours. Snacking is just as important, and I’ve found rice crackers topped with cottage cheese, fresh figs, and starfruit provide a perfect balance of carbs, protein, and natural sweetness. Lunch often includes rye bread sandwiches spread with cottage cheese, pomegranate seeds, avocado, and cherry tomatoes, paired with mashed potatoes seasoned simply with black pepper. This mix of fiber, protein, and healthy fats keeps hunger at bay while providing a nutritious punch. One of my favorite additions is Pura Vida Moringa, an antioxidant-rich evening drink that supports gut health. Integrating such nutrient-dense ingredients into everyday eating habits made it easier to maintain a balanced diet without feeling deprived. This way of eating—prioritizing quality and anti-inflammatory ingredients—helps not only with physical wellness but mental clarity too. Eating better truly means feeding your body what it needs to thrive, not restricting it unnecessarily.
