Michael a little under the weather so made him some tomato and red pepper soup today, with ALOT of garlic, some turmeric and cumin to help his scratchy throat and bad chest and if you squint you can see the teeny tiny chilli in the middle but they are like rocket fuel so one is all you need! Ro
