kickboxing 10/0 ✨
yall i enjoyed kickboxing so much 😱 going into the class i thought it would be hard but i gave it my all and i feel fantastic. the class is a full body workout for half of the class (kickboxing) and the other half targets a different area every class. it was my first time boxing and i love every minute of it and it helped me release so much stress and anxiety i can’t wait to go back 🫶🏾💪🏾
