🧼 Products: Mr. Clean Gain fresh sent, Scrub Daddy, peppermint oil

🧹 Tips: peppermint oil in small storage spaces helps keep insects, bugs, or small rodents away‼️

• When decluttering each room, it is important to clear everything out first (if possible) It may seem like a hassle, but it will be easier than trying to figure out what is what and what goes where because everything is in the way. Take the time to do this step and you will find so much crap you really DONT need. Or you might find something you’ve been looking for lol. Focus on one area at a time.

•As a ADHD Mom it is hard for my brain to comprehend staying in one place, if you know what I mean 😅 So practice staying right where you’re at and continue to remind yourself to go back to that spot to finish! NOTHING ELSE MATTERS BUT WHAT YOIR DOING IN THIS ROOM/AREA your cleaning! It is also important to note to not get overwhelmed with other chores. Leave it until your done with this task.

• Give yourself a time frame or a reasonable amount of time you would like the space/area to be cleared/cleaned but remember that you want to get this done ✔️ so try not to procrastinate or make it a days worth of effort. This could lead you to not finishing, becoming overwhelmed or unmotivated to finish. The goal is to FINISH so we can RELAX OURSELVES 😌 Tomorrow will Thank You 🥰
