- What did 2026 find that I didn't think I'd find at this age?
40 + Open years... must encounter things that you do not think you will encounter.
I think this age will only find grown-up people with maturity, understand the word "responsible for your own words."
...But no, open year, come back to learn that...
Some people age, but the attitude is still the same.
People who think they are right, even knowing that they hurt others, expect others to "understand."
40 + And we don't regret meeting people like this, but thanks for seeing it more clearly, we don't waste time proving ourselves to anyone, not arguing to overcome, not explaining to make anyone understand, we just choose... to be in a space that honors each other.
40 + is not the age to endure everything, but it is the age to know what to keep, what to put down, and someone... should put it at the beginning of the year. 💛
Most importantly, we always thank the people next to us for being good.
ในวัย 40+ หลายคนเริ่มเข้าใจความสำคัญของการเลือกคนข้างๆ เพราะประสบการณ์และความเจ็บปวดจากอดีตช่วยให้เราตัดสินใจชัดเจนขึ้น การมีคนรอบข้างที่เข้าใจและเคารพความรู้สึกช่วยเติมเต็มชีวิตได้มากกว่าการอธิบายหรือพิสูจน์ตัวเองให้ใครฟัง ในฐานะที่เป็นคนวัยนี้เอง ผมพบว่าการปล่อยวางเรื่องที่ไม่ควรพาใจหนักและเน้นมองเห็นคุณค่าของคนดีในชีวิตเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก นอกจากนี้ การรับมือกับคนที่มีทัศนคติเดิมๆ แม้อายุจะมากขึ้นแต่ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง ความอดทนจึงควรนำไปใช้ในสิ่งที่มีประโยชน์ เช่น การพัฒนาตนเองและความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีแทนที่จะเสียเวลาต่อสู้กับคนที่ไม่พร้อมจะเปลี่ยนแปลง อีกสิ่งที่อยากแชร์คือการใช้ปี 2026 เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นใหม่ ตั้งใจเลือกคนที่ดีให้เข้ามาในชีวิต เป็นการสร้างพื้นที่ที่เต็มไปด้วยความเคารพและเกื้อกูลซึ่งกันและกัน เมื่อมีคนข้างๆ ที่เข้าใจ เราจะมีแรงบันดาลใจและรู้สึกอบอุ่นพร้อมที่จะก้าวต่อไปในชีวิตอย่างมั่นคง
