นอกจากการสวดคาถา 7 บทที่ได้กล่าวไว้แล้ว ผมพบว่าการทำสมาธิและสวดมนต์ควบคู่กันในตอนเช้าช่วยให้จิตใจสงบและตั้งมั่นมากขึ้น เป็นการเริ่มต้นวันที่เต็มไปด้วยพลังบวกและความมั่นใจ ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การจดจำคาถาทีละบทแล้วสวดวนซ้ำในช่วงเวลาสั้นๆ เช่น 3-5 นาที จะช่วยให้จำคาถาได้แม่นยำและเข้าใจความหมายลึกซึ้งกว่าเดิม ซึ่งทำให้การสวดมนต์มีความศักดิ์สิทธิ์และเป็นจริงมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะคาถาพระเจ้า 5 พระองค์และคาถาหัวใจพระสีวลี ที่ผมใช้สวดเป็นประจำ เพราะรู้สึกว่าช่วยดึงดูดผู้คนและช่วยเสริมค้ำจุนในเรื่องการงานและความสัมพันธ์ ทำให้กิจการต่างๆ ราบรื่นขึ้นจริงๆ นอกจากนี้อยากแนะนำให้พกยันต์หรือสัญลักษณ์แห่งความศักดิ์สิทธิ์ตามความเชื่อส่วนบุคคล จะช่วยเสริมพลังการสวดมนต์ให้ลึกซึ้งยิ่งขึ้น และยังเป็นเครื่องเตือนใจให้เราทำความดีในทุกๆ วัน สุดท้าย การตั้งจิตให้แน่วแน่และมีสมาธิระหว่างสวดมนต์จะช่วยให้ผลแห่งการเจริญภาวนาเป็นจริงได้เร็วยิ่งขึ้น และช่วยให้มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีพร้อมที่จะเผชิญชีวิตในทุกๆ วันอย่างมั่นคงและเป็นสุข
