The menu that I like a lot is thick egg, quack. It is like... It's delicious. It's not very spicy. The perfume of the kettle. When you eat it with thickened eggs, it's very perfect. จากประสบการณ์ของผมที่ได้ไปลองชิมที่ร้าน PASTA AMA ช่วงที่ผมไปเป็นช่วงที่ร้านค่อนข้างคนเยอะ โดยเฉพาะสาขาเซ็นลาด โต๊ะมีไม่มากเลยต้องรีบไปก่อนเที่ยงเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงเวลารอคิว เมนูสปาเก็ตตี้ไก่กรอบพริกแห้งที่ร้านนี้นับว่าเป็นเมนูซิกเนเจอร์ที่ทำได้ดีมากๆ เส้นพาสต้านุ่มลื่น ไก่ทอดกรอบรสเผ็ดพอดี ไม่แสบปากและมีกลิ่นหอมของพริกแห้งที่เข้ากันได้ดี อีกเมนูที่ผมประทับใจคือสปาเก็ตตี้ไข่กุ้งเสิร์ฟแบบพรีเมี่ยม ให้ไข่กุ้งมาเยอะจริงๆ รสเค็มมันตัดเลี่ยนด้วยสลัดกรอบๆ และเฟรนช์ฟรายส์ ทานแล้วรู้สึกคุ้มค่ามาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูไข่ข้นต้มยำที่นำเสนอด้วยความหอมของเครื่องต้มยำและรสเผ็ดที่ไม่เกินไป ทำให้ทานง่ายและอร่อยกลมกล่อม สุดท้ายคือไก่ทอด สูตรเฉพาะของร้านที่กรอบและรสชาติกลมกล่อมจนต้องหยุดไม่อยู่ แนะนำว่าถ้ามาเป็นกลุ่มจะสนุกและคุ้มค่ากว่า เพราะจะได้ลองหลายๆ เมนูและแบ่งกันทาน ซึ่งดีมากสำหรับคนชอบกินหลากหลายเหมือนผม นอกจากนี้บรรยากาศร้านจะทำให้คุณรู้สึกเหมือนได้พักผ่อนในบ้านของตัวเอง เพราะการตกแต่งและความอบอุ่นที่ส่งผ่านจากอาหารและพนักงาน โดยรวมแล้ว PASTA AMA คือร้านที่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบอาหารอิตาเลียนสไตล์ฟิวชั่นรสเข้มข้น แถมยังมีความหลากหลายของเมนูที่ไม่ใช่แค่พาสต้าอย่างเดียว ถือเป็นร้านโปรดร้านใหม่ที่ผมจะกลับไปซ้ำแน่นอน ใครชอบลองชิมร้านเด็ดและเมนูหลากหลาย แนะนำให้รีบไปตามลองดูครับ คุณจะได้รอยยิ้มกลับบ้านเหมือนผมแน่นอน!
