Running Challenge for Beginners

Warm up:

1️⃣ Start with a 5-minute warm-up of walking.

2️⃣ Run for *5 minutes* at a comfortable pace, then walk for *2 minutes* to recover. Repeat this cycle 4 times.

⭐️ Do this 3 times a week on non-consecutive days, such as Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

3️⃣ Increase your running time by 1 minute every week, and decrease your walking time by 30 seconds. For example, in the second week, you would run for 6 minutes and walk for 1.5 minutes.

🌟 Track your progress with a running app such as Map My Run or Strava or a watch. You can also use a journal to mark your achievements.

This running challenge is designed to help you build your endurance, confidence, and motivation for running. It is also a great way to stay fit and healthy during the winter season. Remember to listen to your body, adjust your pace and intensity according to your level, and have fun!
