🍔 Crispy Tater Tot Cheeseburger Casserole 🧀

Ingredients:

🥩 1 lb ground beef

🧅 1 medium onion, diced

🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced

🧴 1 tbsp olive oil

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🥫 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

🧀 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

🌶️ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

🥣 1/4 cup ketchup

🥣 2 tbsp mustard

🥔 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

🌿 Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

🍅 Pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce for serving (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the diced onion until soft (about 3-4 minutes). Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain any excess fat. 🧅🧄🥩

Mix in the Sauce:

Stir in the condensed cheddar cheese soup, ketchup, and mustard, mixing well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through. 🥣

Pour the beef mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, then arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top. 🥔🧀
