Ingredients:

2 large eggs

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cheesecake Layer:

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping (optional):

Whipped cream

Crushed graham crackers or pecans

Directions:
