Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
20-24 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
Assemble the Wontons
Lay a wonton wrapper flat and add about 1 tsp of the cheesecake mixture to the center.
