Weight loss Day 16
Breakfast: Orchid Protein (Baby is sick, no time to cook)
Lunch: Boiled rice, chopped chicken breast (seems to sore throat, so eat something hot)
Dinner: Shabu (pork left from yesterday, really more than this, but eating, just thinking of taking)
Today, my child is sick. We seem to be sick. Eat something easily. Don't have time to do rice.
