Mix flour and sugar with the water, filter, and drop in a pinwheel cup that is steamed until heated.

Steamed until the snack is cooked into a dent in the middle

Prepare a portion of the egg yolk (may be mixed with sugar and coconut milk as a sangkha filling).

Scoop the egg yolk mixture into the dent in the middle of the cloud dessert, and continue steaming until cooked.

Remove from the stove. Rest to cool before leaving the cup.
