Summer Solstice Honey Cake
Made this beautiful Honey Cake to celebrate the summer solstice with my family. It's super easy to make.
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tps baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tps salt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 stick and a half of butter
- 1 tbs vanilla
- powdered sugar for top
- extra honey for the top
instructions:
- set oven to 325
- mix in all ingredients
- put in oven
- mine cooked for about 40 mins it depends on how hot your oven is- honey cooks fast
