Daily Lunch Box
So this being a new app and me trying to figure out my place I decided maybe to talk a bit about my life and things that I do. Here is a little pic of my teenagers lunch I made this morning. Which is something I have to do every morning because they have several life threatening food allergies and because of this I need to make their lunch. Which today consisted of a just ham, mayo and mustard sandwich on canyon bakehouse gf bread, synders gf pretzels and an orange. Every days food from morning to night needs careful planning and luckily now there are lots of tasty decent allergen friendly choices so some lunches seem pretty normal. #allergenfree #allergyparent #lunchesforkids #mcas #allergyawareness

Many grocery stores now offer a variety of allergen-friendly products, making it easier to prepare meals your child will enjoy. For example, using gluten-free bread like Canyon Bakehouse, you can create tasty sandwiches with simple fillings such as ham, mayo, and mustard. Don’t forget to include a healthy side like Synders gluten-free pretzels or fresh fruits like oranges, which are generally safe for most allergies.
