I have been literally eating the same meals but in a different way just to get the weight to cling onto me. My metabolism is SUPER HIGH and I have found a solution for me BY ME!✨

1) Salmon is my #1 in my high protein diet just because it does give you that good protein and also because it’s so damn good 😭

2) Breakfast has become my favorite time of the day so I am in LOVE with egg toast in the morning. I eat two slices per day with a total of 4 eggs a day. Fruit is just an extra snack to keep my belly full and also making sure I’m consuming good foods for good weight.

3) Literally, I buy everything in the store that says “protein” now and incorporate them into my meals. Protein shakes are my absolute FAVORITE! And definitely a game changer for any of my girlies trying to gain good weight. 💪🏽
