... Read moreI recently tried the Alani Nu Purple Cotton Candy energy drink, and it stood out from many other energy drinks I've sampled. While I generally approach energy drinks with some skepticism due to their intense flavors and medicinal aftertaste, this one was refreshingly different. The cotton candy flavor felt sweet and nostalgic without being overwhelming, which made it enjoyable both as a pick-me-up and a treat. Interestingly, I didn’t detect the typical 'medicine' taste that is often associated with energy drinks, which for me is a huge plus. Many energy drinks can have that unpleasant artificial flavor, but Alani Nu seems to have balanced flavor with energy boosting ingredients effectively. That being said, I gave it a 6.5 to 7 out of 10 because while it’s a nice change of pace, it’s not something I felt compelled to drink regularly. The caffeine content was enough to give me a slight boost, but it wasn't as strong or long-lasting compared to other brands I’ve tried. For those who are hesitant about trying energy drinks due to the typical taste or texture, the Purple Cotton Candy flavor from Alani Nu might be worth experimenting with. Just keep in mind everyone's taste preferences vary, so your experience might be different. Ultimately, it’s refreshing to find an energy drink that deviates from the norm and offers a sweeter, less medicinal flavor profile.

My husband said that it tastes like cherry cough syrup but instead of cherry grape My opinion it tastes like monster with a hint of cotton candy if you keep drinking it. Not a huge fan though
