Going to work today! Today I am wearing something comfortable. I plan on going straight to the gym after work. I’m doing a little bit of fasting. I only ate a protein yogurt and a cheese stick for breakfast and some strawberries. Tonight I’m gonna eat turkey, bacon and some eggs and a protein shake. I only work three days a week.
