In April 2023, I embarked on a journey to enhance my fitness and well-being through community-driven activities. I participated in a core workout that focused on both physical strength and mental resilience. It was inspiring to connect with a community of black women who shared similar goals in fitness and wellness. Participation in SheRapy sessions provided an avenue for empowerment and boosted my motivation. Documenting this experience through my photo journal allowed me to reflect on the progress and the relationships I built during this time. Each image captures not just moments of exercise but also the joy of connection and support that exists within our circles. As I share this journal, I hope it resonates with others looking to embrace a healthier lifestyle while enjoying the simple joys of life. Let's celebrate the movement together!
