My favorite emotion is Anger
As a metaphysical researcher, I’ve spent years exploring how emotions shape our minds, bodies, and lives. And out of all the emotions, anger has always fascinated me most.
I love anger.
Why? Because it’s the most misunderstood. Anger rarely stands alone—it’s often carrying grief, heartbreak, betrayal, sadness, shame… and sometimes, even deep love.
Just like we all have a love language, we also have an anger language.
✨ Some people need a steady, grounded presence—a peace rock—someone who can hold space while they let it out.
🔥 Some need someone to match their fire, to reflect their rage like a haka—where one person feels, the whole group feels.
😂 And others need humor—not dismissive laughter, but the kind that gently helps them breathe through the intensity.
Here’s the thing: many relationships focus so much on learning each other’s love language, but not nearly enough time understanding each other’s anger language.
And that’s where so much healing is waiting to happen. It is an act of love to understand anger.
