Things I do as a smoker to stay clean
1. Brush my teeth with Coco Clove Soda: Coco Clove Soda promotes fresh breath and kills bacteria’s that can lead to cavities and tooth decay.
2. Chew trident gum: their gum is made with xylitol and all natural ph salivary enhancer, great for oral cleansing.
3. Exfoliate my lips: keeps them bright and minimizes dead skin build up
4. Stay hydrated: water, coconut water, tea, electrolytes and or vitamin C

I don’t know how old you are or how long you’ve been smoking. Just a thought from an old woman. I’m 68yo. I quit smoking two years ago. I smoked for 52 years. I started at age 14. I had many problems but ignored all signs. Smoked half a pack a day. Two years ago changed my mind FOREVER! I was admitted to the hospital with COPD exasperation. Not a good thing. I’ve been hospitalized for upper respiratory infections, pneumonia, asthma before this. But 2 years ago scared the shyt out of me. Thank goodness I wasn’t told I had emphysema. I dodged that bullet AGAIN! My skin has cleared up. I can breathe again without running out of air while talking. I can run again. Food tastes better. I haven’t gained any weight because I stay busy. Just be careful. Even casual smoking is bad. Vaping is even worse. Take care of yourself. You are a beautiful woman and have many years ahead of you. Live your life to the fullest. Don’t let asthma or COPD be a part of your life. Take care.
