easy antioxidant smoothie recipe 🍊🍌

Papaya is one of my favorite fruits, they contain high levels of antioxidants, vitamin A, C, and E. Also a great natural laxative. This is great for an afterschool or work pick-me-up. Creamy, filling, and delicious, also perfect for the upcoming hot weather. Try this recipe for your next snack time!

Servings: 2

- 1 cup papaya, diced

- 1 cup banana, diced

- 1 cup orange juice (I used fresh)

- Squeeze of honey

- Splash of milk

- 1 to 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream or crushed ice

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine papaya, banana, orange juice, honey, milk, and ice cream or ice. Blend until smooth.

2. Serve immediately! I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess. Enjoy!
