Improving my sleep routine by establishing a calming pre-bedtime ritual improved my energy levels and decision-making around food and exercise. In terms of nutrition, I focused on meal planning with whole foods and planning ahead, which reduced stress and helped me consistently choose nourishing options. What stood out most to me is how these habits not only influenced physical changes but also encouraged a mindset shift towards self-love and discipline.
