How do you plan for your goals?

I have yet to sit down and make any real plans to achieve my 2025 goals.

There’s the usual goals of:

Lose a few lbs

Make more money

Travel

Spend more time with friends & family

BUT there is so much truth to the saying

“A goal without a plan is just a wish”

Typically I like to write down my generic goals then break them down into sub-categories and then practical steps to reach each one!

For instance:

1. Do 10 pull ups

- practice pull ups 3 days per week using resistance bands and lowering the resistance each week until I don’t need assistance
