🌸 A day of eating on time and healthy
What I eat in a day: Home Edition🥘
This morning I went on a one hour walk, I took some water with me. After the walk I went on and made a Greek yogurt with some strawberries and pineapple.
During lunch I had some shrimp Alfredo, broccoli, and be low fat bread.
During dinner time I got a chicken salad it was delicious
i didn’t go the the gym today but i walked ten thousand steps.
