🍋 Fruit Bowl : Red grapes 🍇 , Blueberries 🫐, Raspberries, Strawberries 🍓, 2 Juiced Lemons 🍋, Honey ( add to your liking ) mix & refrigerate overnight

🍋 Chia & Flax Pudding : 2 -3 tablesppons of chia seeds , 1 tablespoon of grounded flax seeds ( optional ) , cinnamon powder , vanilla extract or maple syrup, with almond milk. Refrigerate overnight ☺️

🍋 Siggis plant based vanilla coconut yogurt 🥥 . Not really a yogurt fan but I’m obsessed with this one 🤞🏾

🍋 Pumpkin Seed Milk : Soak for 8 hours in spring water. Blend them , after you blend them you’ll need to strain them in a cheese cloth or the nut milk processor. MUST BE SOAKED LONG ENOUGH.
