This might be common to some
But I really appreciate the days where all I do is alternate between resting and studying. It takes away that constant stress of having to worry about what assignments need to be done. It just allows me to not feel so guilty about doing things like watching tv or taking nap bc I know I’m gonna get to my work at some point today. As long as I’m in the house I’m fine! The fun part about it all is that it’s not forced! I’m not planning when I’ll study or when I’ll nap I just do it🤷🏾♀️
Finding a balance between study and rest is essential for mental well-being, particularly for college students facing various academic pressures. Many find that alternating between studying and taking breaks can enhance focus and reduce anxiety. Implementing a flexible routine allows individuals to prioritize self-care while ensuring they complete their assignments. This approach can include spontaneous naps or downtime without the pressure of a strict schedule. Moreover, embracing these moments of rest can lead to increased productivity when studying. Some studies suggest that short breaks might enhance memory retention and creativity, making your study sessions more effective. Engaging in hobbies during break times, such as watching a favorite TV show or spending time with pets, can provide necessary mental relaxation. Ultimately, it's about recognizing the importance of mental health and creating personal strategies that allow for both productivity and enjoyment.
