I know I have a few people following me on my weight loss journey with Zepbound. Last night I got in at almost midnight but Fridays are when I take my shot so I took it before heading to bed. Let me also add was also my first shot at 5 mg.
Woke up this morning, felt ok. Ran some errands with my toddler to get him out the house. While I was out this afternoon I started feeling a little nauseous. I figured it was because I need to eat something. Had a bit of Cheez-Its and some tea from H TeaO and that seemed to do the trick.
About an hour or so ago I started feeling a bit nauseous again so Iaid down. About thirty minutes ago (it’s 5:33 pm my time currently) I began praying to the porcelain gods. Whew, child, it was like I was recreating the scene from The Exorcist 😮💨 Yes, it was that bad. I had to do a thorough deep clean of the downstairs guest bathroom and remove my clothes. Yall 😭😭😭😭 I am feeling better, though and will drink some electrolytes.
