29, who needs CPAP to sleep. 🫠
I was 29 years old with my first sleeping mask! I actually had a snoring problem and woke up very often, so I decided to do a Sleep Test until I got a CPAP.
Try it on the first night and say, "That's weird." It feels like the wind is blowing in the nose all the time. I'm uncomfortable with the mask for the first hour, but my trick is to try to relax and adjust the strap to not be too tight. When I get used to it, I sleep long.
What changed clearly was that when I woke up, I usually felt like I didn't sleep enough, I was stubborn, but when I woke up, I was very open, and I didn't feel like sleeping. It was one of my most rewarding health investments.
Anyone who is hesitant or worried about not being able to sleep. I can say that our bodies are better at adapting than they think. Try to open up and life will really be much better.
