How I lost 20lbs in 1 month
I wanna make this clear that this will not work for everyone. But at the start of February I was 223lbs then at the end of February I was 203lbs exactly My exercise routine for the treadmill I only go to 1.5 for the hill and then 3.5 for the speed For yoga I literally just search a yoga routine

My schedule
My routine is a little wonky I know 🥲 I work two part time jobs with vastly different schedules. One position as a shelter associate at a homeless shelter and the other as a Behavioral Technician for children with autism:) all this while also being in school is a lot to manage !! I keep my weekends
