I stopped scrolling and it freed up my entire day. I painted my nails for the first time. I got bored and went and played with my cats instead of scrolling. Scrolling and TV literally takes hours of our free time to create, save those hours and try something you been putting off even if it’s for 5 minutes and see how much better you’ll feel.
