I love a good quiche - it's such a cozy hearty breakfast. I did bacon + spinach to take to Bible study this morning.

▢ Refrigerated store-bought pie crust
▢ 1 cup milk
▢ 5 eggs slightly beaten
▢ 1/4 teaspoon salt
▢ 1/4 teaspoon pepper
▢ 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
▢ 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar
▢ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
▢ 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves chopped
Preheat oven to 425
🤍 In a medium bowl, whisk milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
🤍Layer cooked bacon, cheeses, and spinach in the crust-lined pie plate.
🤍Pour the egg mixture over the top. Bake 15 minutes in the oven at 425 degrees. Reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue to bake for another 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
