In my experience, what many see as an unapproachable or negative expression can also be a genuine reflection of calm presence and thoughtful observation. This aligns with the principles of mindfulness, where one cultivates inner peace and remains non-reactive. On the other hand, the misconception that RBF signifies hostility or even psychopathy highlights how easily appearances can mislead. The term Exhibit A: RBF cleverly illustrates this ambiguity. When we encounter someone with RBF, it's worth considering that their expression might not reveal their intentions or personality accurately. In fact, the lens of mindfulness teaches us to withhold premature judgments and appreciate the complexity behind human expressions.
