I get throbbing headaches from my neck so after taking 4 Tylenol or BC , I’ll take 2 magnesium pills (recommended from pain management Doctor). Then rub tiger balm on temples and on nape of neck and works great. The burn from the tiger balm helps the throbbing. Thank me later ❤️
